DC idling and Bias settings for Sherwood S402 CP amp

I'm tuning up a Sherwood S402CP amp for a friend. Sounds good right now. Did the dim bulb to be sure and it's fine.

I can't find a service manual for it, but one thing I did check was DC idling current. At both the left and right channels with volume at minimum, in AUX mode with no input, and the speaker channel set on A. I hooked up the digital VOM to the individual L and then R channel outputs. With the amp warmed up the DC voltage ran around 3 or 4 mV.

I assume that sounds reasonable? I have no way to know how to set the idling current safely w/o the service manual amd won't mess with it.
