I Just got my Boston MC-1e today from my ebay purchase. Got it sealed NOS for $38.00 shipped, retailed for $144.00. Its sounds fantastic on my Dual 506 and my Advents. Im running it through my Realistic STA-2250. Everything sounds MORE there and up close compared to my M97xe. Very vibrant. Im playing Mahavishnu Orchestra: Visions of the Enerald Beyond. The violin and the guitar sound really different to me. Man this is fun, I love analog! :lmao:

Glad you like it. I've got MC's on my two main decks and wouldn't go back to MM now.

I've also got a Shure M97xE for use on my old Pioneer decks and i'm quite impressed with it. Nice smooth sounds that are easy on the ear and doesn't need a fancy phono stage to run it through.
